Our monthly meetings are a time to gather and learn from fellow club members or presenters. In addition to the presenter of the night, we hold our monthly themed contests. The purpose of these contests is to have a friendly competition and to get out and about taking pictures. We pick a theme for each month with the hopes everyone will go out and try something new.
Judging Elements
We suggest the following criteria to the judges. If you need a little extra help in picking that winning shot, have a friend look over your pictures looking for these items:
- Subject Matter appropriate to theme
- Impact
- Creativity
- Composition
- Center of Interest
- Lighting
- Print Quality
- Overall Presentation
