McKee Botanical Garden Pickup

For all of those who entered into the McKee Botanical Garden's 6th Annual Waterlily Celebration, you may pick up your prints between the hours of 8am and 4pm Monday- Friday at Mckee's Administration Bldg., which is at the south end of the parking lot.
NSSA SOUTHEASTERN CHAMPIONSHIP SURF CONTEST

Where: Sebastian Inlet State Park
Date: April 7 - 11, 2010, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Description: The best scholastic surfers of the southeast United States complete for a place in the national finals.
Fees: Regular park admission fees apply.

Directions:
From Indian River County: From Interstate 95, take the Fellsmere/Sebastian exit and go east (towards Sebastian) on County Road 512. After a short distance, turn right on County Road 510. This road will intersect with U.S. Highway 1. Continue east, over the Indian River, to State Road A1A. Turn left (north) and go 7 miles on State Road A1A, you will have arrived at Sebastian Inlet.
From Brevard County: From Interstate 95, take the U.S. 192 exit and go east until you reach State Road A1A in Indialantic. Turn right (south) on State Road A1A and go 18 miles to get to Sebastian Inlet.
Indian River Meet-Up Group

If you have not joined the Indian River Photo Club Meetup group, you are definitely missing out.
Our meetup group is only open to club members. On the meetup group site there is a message board that many are taking advantage of to get answers to their photography questions.
The meetup group allows us to set up impromptu photo opportunities, quickly inform everyone and provides an easy way to RSVP. After the photo opportunity we set up an online photo album so that club members can share one with another their results from the trip.

Indian River Fire Fighters Photo Contest

The Fire Fighters Fair and the Indian River Photo Club would like to invite all photographers residing in Indian River, St. Lucie and Brevard Counties to submit their photos in this contest. Exhibitors in this contest will be eligible for ribbons and award money. Entries should convey this year's fair theme: "Fun In Your Own Backyard".

2010 Photographic Print Exhibit

The Indian River Photo Club announces its 2010 Photographic Print Exhibit, to be displayed in the Studio Gallery at the Vero Beach Museum of Art, from December 05 to January 03, 2010. Entry is open to anyone residing in Indian River, Brevard or St. Lucie County, amateur or professional, and to any member of the Indian River Photo Club, regardless of residence address. Because of space limitations in the Studio Gallery, this will be a juried exhibit.
